Last year, Andrew, the peanut and I went to the Women's March in NYC. It was jammed with so many people that we congregated more than we marched, but it was inspiring and invigorating and made me believe good things were to come.
If we look at 2017, it was hardly a positive year for women. But it was definitely a year that exposed many wrongs, triggered many reworkings and will be a pivotal one in the history books. That was my takeaway from the 2018 march. We are pissed. We are ready. And change is going to happen. It wasn't just the awesome energy at the march that told me so. It was the generations of women, from 3 to 80 in the streets.
