As a creative director in the ad world, I establish brand platforms, create 360 campaigns, and create social and video content. As an editorial writer, I craft narratives exploring everything from public school lunches to cooking Persian food to how to spend 36 Hours in Buenos Aires. 

In 2012, I authored the best-selling “foodoir” (food journalism meets memoir), Paris, My Sweet: A Year in the City of Light (and Dark Chocolate). I followed it up in 2018 with Brooklyn In Love: A Memoir of Food, Family and Finding Yourself. As a multitasking mama, I tell myself I will get around to writing another book.

This site is a collection of my writings, along with the occasional blog post, work update, industry rant and pass-along tip apropos of nothing.
